| | VIOLIN INSTRUCTOR Traditional * Suzuki * Fiddling Any level – age 5 and older I use a mix of Traditional and Suzuki curriculums to best meet the needs of individual students. Lessons may also include fiddling, depending on interest. My focus is on classical music, but composers and styles from all four periods of music history are represented.
Every child has the ability to learn music. Her/her advancement depends largely on the parents' level of participation in the weekly lesson and in their support and encouragement during the daily practicing at home. | |
|
| | Lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, relative to the student's age, musical level and repertoire needs. - 30 minutes – $72/month
- 45 minutes – $96/month
- 60 minutes – $128/month
Tuition Payment is due at the first lesson of each month (or in the mail postmarked by the 10th). If not received on time, a $5 late fee per student will be charged. Months with five lessons compensate for months with holidays.
Attendance - Make lesson attendance as consistent as possible, since I am not able to make up lessons you miss (a full studio schedule creates this difficulty).
- Advance notice of student absences is requested as a courtesy. Please call my home first at 532-0395. If you don't reach me there, call The Music Connection at 898-0110. However, notice of absence does not exempt the student from payment as contracted,
- Lessons I cancel will be rescheduled if possible, or payment will be credited on the next month's bill.
- Should a student decide to discontinue lessons, a month's notice is requested.
Summer Fees During the months of June and August, students are required to pay according to the fees policy above, in order to reserve their spot in the studio schedule. The studio is closed the last week of June and all of July.
